Customized Miata to Show Off ColorBond at 2021 SEMA Show
The Mazda Miata is a popular car for customization. It seems the typical customized Miata is from the early years of the car rather than a later model, which makes the Miata featured here unique. Restyled by Carlos Medrano for his daughter, “Project Mia” will be on display at the 2021 SEMA Show in the VIP Section.
Among the modifications Carlos made was changing the interior color from black to red using ColorBond LVP Refinisher. We covered the project here while it was in progress. It’s always great to see the outcome of a project and this customized Miata certainly doesn’t disappoint!
Carlos cleaned all the components off with soap and water, applied ColorBond Adhesion Promoter and then sprayed ColorBond LVP Refinisher. Finally, as this convertible’s interior will see a lot of desert sun, Carlos applied ColorBond Dash Clear UV Protectant.
If you are at this year’s SEMA Show and you want to check out this customized Miata it can be found in the VIP Section.
